1. What did I spend most of 2024 doing & feeling, how did I feel for the majority of the year ?

2. What are some of the biggest lessons learned in 2024 that I get to live by in 2025 ?

3. Who did I live the majority of my life for this year? Me or others?

4. Which relationships brought joy or added value, which ones felt draining & forceful? Do I want to carry these into 2025?

5. What am I most proud of myself for achieving this year personally and professionally?

6. What surprising lessons have I learned this year about myself? About others?

7. How did I relate to others this year and in what ways was I triggered or reacted in ways I’m not proud of, what have those triggers taught me or are trying to teach me?

8. What habits am I leaving in 2024 that don’t align with the me I want to become?

9. What intentions & goals do I want to set for myself for the first quarter of 2025 & what actions do I need to take to get there? How can I set myself up for success?

10. How would I like to feel in 2025 if I could feel like my best self?
